Next Communication Day 19th October – Save the date!

The Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP) Steering Group would ask that you save the date 19^th October. The group have been working away quietly looking at and assessing your feedback and data from the previous two events. We have identified ways forward and areas for development that will be of interest to our community and would like to share these with you for your feedback before we progress to the next stage.

The NDP will set out the vision for our parish and the planning policies for the use and development of land within our village for the foreseeable future.  The NDP must be considered before any planning is proposed by the Borough Council and gives you the chance to shape and influence the spaces and buildings without our community, what this could look like and the infrastructure needed to support the future needs of our community.

The third stage of the NDP is to further develop objectives and policies to include in the final report before it is put to the village for consideration and approval.
